APPLICATION FOR NEW STUDENTS


Dear Parents,

 

Thank you for applying to YBDS New Haven Zal 5786. 

 

The application process has several steps, and must be completed in the following order:

1.    Application Form and Fee :        

 

*   Please complete the     YBDS Zal 5786 Application Form
This form is to be filled out by the parents.

 

*   $250.00 application fee to be paid through Zelle, PayPal or CashApp. Please write student's name in memo. Zelle: [email protected],

2.    Teacher's Assessment Form 

   

Please forward the following link to your son's current Hanhala to complete.

3.   Essay

 

An Essay written by the bochur. The essay should articulate what he would like to accomplish in learning next year, what he’d like to accomplish in עבודה- self growth, and why he feels New Haven would be a good place for him to accomplish the above.

The essay should be emailed to [email protected] 

 

4.    Interview  

 

Please schedule an interview for your son with Rabbi Bistritzky.  Click here to Schedule

 

Please note: Your son's interview can only take place after we receive the Application Form, the Teacher's Assessment Form and the Essay, so please coordinate accordingly.

 

Please allow 30 days from the interview for Yeshiva to review the application. At that point, you will receive an email with further instructions.
